Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season generously with Cajun seasoning. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through.
Reduce heat to medium, add chicken broth to the skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to coat, adding pasta water if needed to reach desired consistency.
