Ingredients

  • Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • Melted Butter
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Cream Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Cinnamon
  • Apples (Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, or Braeburn)
  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Rolled Oats
  • Brown Sugar
  • Butter
  • Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Prepare the graham cracker crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of mini springform pans or muffin liners.
  • Make the cheesecake filling by beating together cream cheese, granulated sugar, sour cream, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth. Pour over the crust.
  • Create the apple crisp topping by combining apples, all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Crumble over the cheesecake filling.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the topping is golden brown.
  • Allow to cool completely in the oven with the door slightly ajar. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
