  • 1 tablespoon Dutch-processed cocoa powder

  • 4 ounces Baileys Irish Cream (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine milk, heavy cream, bittersweet chocolate, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.

  • Remove from heat and stir in Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract.
