  • 1 sheet (14 oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz wheel of brie, cut into small cubes
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 large egg, beaten with 1 tablespoon of water (egg wash)
  • Chopped pecans, fresh rosemary, or flaky sea salt (optional garnishes)
  • Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unfold the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 2-inch squares.
  • Place the puff pastry squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Dock each square with a fork.
  • Top each square with a small amount of brie and cranberry sauce.
  • Brush the edges of the puff pastry with egg wash.
  • Optional: Sprinkle with chopped pecans, fresh rosemary, or flaky sea salt.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the brie is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
