  • 3 pounds beef short ribs
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  • Place the short ribs in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Remove the short ribs from the marinade and place them in a baking dish.
  • Bake the ribs for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting with the marinade every 30 minutes, until the meat is tender and caramelized.
