4 large sweet potatoes
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, then boil them in salted water until tender, approximately 15-20 minutes.
Drain and mash the potatoes, then incorporate melted butter, brown sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, chopped pecans, melted butter, and brown sugar. The mixture should resemble wet sand.
Sprinkle the pecan topping over the sweet potatoes. Bake in your preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden and a bit bubbly around the edges.
