Big Mac Sliders recipe Easy sliders miniature Big Macs

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices American cheese, halved
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely minced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • In a bowl, gently combine the ground beef with your favorite burger seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder). Form into 12 small patties, using a cookie cutter or jar lid to ensure uniformity if desired.
  • Cook the patties in a skillet over medium-high heat, or grill them, until cooked through (about 3-4 minutes per side). Top with halved American cheese slices during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  • While the patties are cooking, prepare the Big Mac sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  • Lightly toast the slider buns.
  • Assemble the sliders: Spread Big Mac sauce on the bottom bun, add a beef patty with melted cheese, shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, minced onion, and top with the other half of bun. Serve immediately.
