- 5.2 ounces Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chives, parsley, or paprika (optional garnishes)
- Place potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water. Salt generously and bring to a boil.
