  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 12-count package Slider Buns
  • Celery Sticks for serving
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the chicken: Bake, pan-fry, or grill the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Shred the chicken: While the chicken is still warm, shred it using two forks or a hand mixer.
  • Mix with sauce: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce and melted butter. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
  • Assemble sliders: Slice the slider buns and place a generous amount of the buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom buns. Top with shredded cheese (optional).
  • Bake or broil (optional): For melted cheese, place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, or broil for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
