  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink inside. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Let rest for a few minutes, then shred with two forks.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute, or until fragrant. Add the shredded chicken and cream cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and evenly distributed.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese until melted and gooey.
  • Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
  • Spoon the chicken and cheese mixture onto each tortilla. Roll up tightly.
  • Serve immediately. Garnish with chopped cilantro, salsa, or sour cream, if desired.
