- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
