- 2 (12 ounce) packages white chocolate chips
- Red and green gel food coloring
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Divide the melted fudge mixture into two separate bowls.
- Add red food coloring to one bowl and green food coloring to the other. Stir until the color is evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of red and green fudge randomly over the white chocolate base in the prepared pan.
- Use a toothpick or skewer to create swirls, being careful not to over-swirl.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
