Ingredients

  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Baking Soda
  • Salt
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Brown Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Chocolate Chips (Milk, dark, semi-sweet, or white)
  • Pretzels
  • Potato Chips
  • Toffee Bits
  • Candy Pieces (M&Ms, chopped Reese’s Cups)
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Nuts (Walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
  • Oats (Rolled oats)
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Stir in your desired mix-ins (chocolate chips, pretzels, potato chips, toffee bits, candy pieces, dried cranberries, nuts, oats, sprinkles).
  • Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  • Use a cookie scoop to drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is slightly soft.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
