  • 2 lbs Strawberries
  • 1 lb Cranberries
  • 1 lb Raspberries
  • 5 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Orange Zest
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a heavy-bottomed pot.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the jam reaches the setting point.
  • Remove cinnamon stick.
  • Ladle into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
  • Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes for longer shelf life, or refrigerate immediately.
