Combine all ingredients in a heavy-bottomed pot.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the jam reaches the setting point.
Remove cinnamon stick.
Ladle into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes for longer shelf life, or refrigerate immediately.
