- Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Press the dough into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.

- Let cool completely before frosting.
- For the frosting, whisk together powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
