  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain off any excess fat.
  • Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the skillet. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • Assemble the bowls by dividing the cooked rice among four bowls.
