  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (canned or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon orange zest (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
  • Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and orange zest (if using). Beat until smooth.
  • Gently fold in cranberry sauce.
  • Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spoon a tablespoon of cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll up.
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with pecan-brown sugar mixture (if using).
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
