  • Leftover Stuffing (2-3 cups)
  • Leftover Cranberry Sauce (1/2 cup)
  • Eggs (2 large, lightly beaten)
  • All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup, for dredging)
  • Oil (for frying) or cooking spray (for baking)
  • Optional: Chopped fresh herbs (parsley, sage, thyme)
  • Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: Diced celery or onion
  • Optional: Chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts)
  • Instructions

  • Combine shredded turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce in a large bowl.
  • Add beaten eggs and stir until well combined. Add broth or gravy if too dry, or more stuffing/breadcrumbs if too wet.
  • Form the mixture into 1-inch to 1.5-inch balls.
  • Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
  • Dredge each stuffing ball in flour.
  • Fry for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Drain on paper towel-lined plate.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Dredge each stuffing ball in flour.
  • Arrange balls on baking sheet, spray with cooking spray. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
