  • 6 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C). Place whole bell peppers on a lined baking sheet and roast until skins are charred.
  • While peppers are roasting, core and dice fresh tomatoes.
