  • Combine heavy cream, whole milk, semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and salt in a crockpot.
  • Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching and ensure even melting of the chocolate.
  • After 2 hours, switch the crockpot to the “warm” setting to keep the hot chocolate at the perfect temperature for serving.
