  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess fat.
  • Add the browned ground beef, diced onion, green bell pepper, tomato sauce, tomato paste, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
  • Stir everything together until well combined.
  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours.
  • Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
