Dr Pepper steak bites crockpot recipe Easy flavorful dinner

  • 2 lbs Stew Meat (Beef Chuck)
  • 12 oz Dr. Pepper
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Sear the steak in olive oil over medium-high heat until browned on all sides. Work in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
  • Place the seared steak in the slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, combine Dr. Pepper, dry ranch dressing mix, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the sauce over the steak in the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the steak is fork-tender.
  • Serve as appetizers, over rice, or in sliders.
