  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 3 Bell Peppers, any color, chopped
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 28 ounces Diced Tomatoes, undrained
  • 15 ounces Tomato Sauce
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Add the browned ground beef, bell peppers, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, cooked rice, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper to a slow cooker.
  • Stir to combine all the ingredients.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, or until the peppers are tender.
