  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon crushed graham crackers (optional)

Instructions

  • Rinse and gently pat dry the strawberries. Slice off the tops and hollow out the centers using a paring knife or a melon baller.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cayenne pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the mixture to a piping bag (or a plastic bag with the corner snipped off).
  • Carefully pipe the cream cheese mixture into the hollowed strawberries. Fill them just to the brim.
  • Optional: Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top for added texture.
  • Chill the strawberries for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
