2 large eggs, room temperature
1/3 cup (80 ml) of vegetable oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine lemon cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth dough forms.
If dough is too sticky, chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
