- 1/4 cup Milk (or Plant-Based Milk)
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1-2 tablespoons Maple Syrup (or Honey)
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
- Pinch of Salt
- In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, eggnog, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, nutmeg, and salt.
