  • Cream of Tartar
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Separate the eggs, placing the whites in a clean, dry mixing bowl and the yolks in another bowl.
  • Add cream of tartar to the egg whites and whip until stiff, glossy peaks form.
  • In the bowl with the egg yolks, add the cottage cheese and mix well.
  • Gently fold the egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate the egg whites.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon the batter onto the sheet, forming small cloud-like shapes.
  • Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown and the center is set.
  • Let cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
