Garlic Parmesan cheeseburger bombs recipe Easy comfort food Delicious cheeseburger bombs

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  • Divide the pizza dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a circle about 4-5 inches in diameter.
  • Place a portion of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle.
  • Bring the edges of the dough up and over the beef mixture, pinching to seal tightly. Ensure there are no gaps to prevent cheese from leaking.
  • Place the sealed bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down.
  • Brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Juicy, seasoned ground beef, oozing melted cheese, and a powerful punch of garlic and parmesan, all wrapped in a soft, golden-brown dough. This isn’t just another burger recipe; it’s an experience!
