  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • Fresh Herbs (for garnish)
  • Orange Slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  • Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels.
  • Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
  • Brush the glaze generously over the salmon fillet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Baste with glaze every 5-7 minutes.
