  • 2 1/2 cups (300g) Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Blend
  • 1/2 cup (60g) Tapioca Starch/Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons Instant Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup (240ml) Milk
  • 1/4 cup (57g) Butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Olive Oil or Melted Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine gluten-free flour blend, tapioca starch, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together warm milk, melted butter, eggs, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 30-45 minutes, or until doubled in size.
  • Gently punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal portions.
  • Shape each portion into a round roll and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Cover the rolls and let them rise for another 20-30 minutes.
  • Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil or melted butter.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let the rolls cool slightly before serving.
