Garlic
Diced Tomatoes
Tomato Sauce
Italian Seasoning
Salt

Cheese (Mozzarella, Cheddar, Parmesan – Optional)
Olive Oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, cooked rice, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
Stuff each pepper with the ground turkey mixture.
Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and add a small amount of water to the bottom of the dish.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is heated through. If using cheese, sprinkle it over the peppers during the last 10 minutes of baking.
Let the stuffed peppers cool slightly before serving.
