  • 200 grams of sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup of condensed milk
  • 20 whole almonds
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • Toast the whole almonds on a baking sheet for about 10 minutes.
  • Combine the shredded coconut and condensed milk in a mixing bowl until blended.
  • Roll spoonfuls of the coconut mixture, pressing an almond on top of each mound.
  • Refrigerate the coconut-almond mounds until firm.
  • Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in a heatproof bowl, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each mound into the melted chocolate and let excess drip off.
  • Place on a parchment-lined tray and set at room temperature or refrigerate.
