Ingredients
Scale
500 grams of full-fat cream cheese
250 ml of whipped cream
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
100 grams of granulated sugar
50 grams of confectioners’ sugar
Green food coloring
Sprinkles and edible decorations
Instructions
Press the graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of your springform pan, forming a solid layer. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Dissolve the gelatin in water, then mix it into the cream cheese blend. Fold in the whipped cream for a luscious texture.
Divide the cheesecake filling into two parts. Mix green food coloring into one part until you reach the desired holiday hue.
Begin layering the regular and green-tinted cheesecake mixtures over the crust, alternating as desired. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Once set, use a piping bag to create tree shapes on the cheesecake surface with remaining tinted filling. Decorate with edible sprinkles and stars to finalize the festive design.
