  • 3 cups (360g) Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Blend
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons (7g) Instant Yeast
  • 1 ½ teaspoons (9g) Salt
  • 1 tablespoon (12g) Sugar
  • 1 ½ cups (360ml) Warm Water
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Gently mix the ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Cover the bowl and let it proof in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
  • Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) with a Dutch oven inside.
  • Carefully place the dough in the hot Dutch oven.
  • Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let the bread cool completely before slicing.
