  • 1 tablespoon of orange zest

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, maple syrup, and orange zest. Mix until a cohesive dough forms.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized dough portions and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing each about an inch apart.
  • Gently flatten each ball with the back of a spoon or your palm to form cookies.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
