Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the peppermint extract and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each cookie.
