In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, onion powder, allspice, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
Roll the meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides.
In a separate saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Add the browned meatballs to the cranberry sauce mixture. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
Taste and adjust the sweetness or tanginess of the sauce as needed. Serve warm.
