Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound thinly sliced corned beef
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • 1/2 cup Russian dressing
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  • Spread Russian dressing on the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut on top of the Russian dressing.
  • Place the top half of the rolls on top of the filling.
  • Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
  • Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
