Ingredients

  • 100% pure pumpkin puree
  • All-purpose flour
  • Granulated sugar
  • Vegetable oil or canola oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, oil, sugar, and eggs.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, spices, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
