  • 250g Halloumi Cheese
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Mixed Salad Greens
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Sriracha for extra heat (optional)
  • Instructions

  • Pat the halloumi dry with paper towels and slice into even pieces.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Grill or fry the halloumi until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Don't overcook.
  • Warm the wraps in a dry skillet, microwave, or oven.
  • Spread sweet chili sauce evenly over each wrap.
  • Layer mixed greens, red bell pepper, cucumber, and red onion on top of the sweet chili sauce.
  • Place the grilled halloumi on top of the vegetables.
  • Add optional cilantro or parsley and a squeeze of lime.
  • Roll up the wraps tightly and serve immediately.
