Turkey Swiss sliders recipe Savory easy party food

Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound sliced turkey
  • 8 ounces sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the slider buns in half horizontally.
  • Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish.
  • Layer the sliced turkey and Swiss cheese on top of the bottom buns.
  • Place the top halves of the slider buns on top of the cheese.
  • In a small bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried minced onion.
  • Brush the butter mixture over the top of the slider buns.
  • Cover the sliders loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  • Serve immediately.
