  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat, your choice)
  • ½ cup grated and squeezed cucumber
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Red onion (finely chopped)
  • Optional: Kalamata olives (pitted and chopped)
  • Optional: Capers
  • Optional: Pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, squeezed cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, and olive oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add any optional add-ins, such as red onion, Kalamata olives, capers, or red pepper flakes.
  • Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve on whole wheat crackers, in lettuce wraps, on a sandwich, or as a topping for a green salad.
