- ½ cup Valentine’s Day sprinkles
- Powdered sugar for rolling (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract (if using).
- Mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- If desired, chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls. If desired, roll in powdered sugar.
- Place cookies on ungreased baking sheets and sprinkle with Valentine’s Day sprinkles.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are set and centers are still slightly soft.
- Let cool completely on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
