Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the bell peppers and cook for another 3 minutes.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, cannellini beans, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for at least 30 minutes, or longer for a richer flavor. Stir occasionally.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
