  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ cups White Chocolate Chips
  • ½ – 1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup Crushed Peppermint Candies

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and peppermint extract.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
