Ingredients
- Mini Pretzels
- Rolos
- White Chocolate Chips
- Sprinkles (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Arrange pretzels on the baking sheet.
- Place an unwrapped Rolo on top of each pretzel.
- Bake for 2-3 minutes, or until the caramel softens but doesn’t melt completely.
- Remove from oven and immediately press a white chocolate chip onto the softened Rolo.
- If desired, sprinkle with sprinkles.
- Let cool completely until the chocolate sets. This can be sped up by placing them in the refrigerator.
- Store in an airtight container.
