Ingredients

  • Mini Pretzels
  • Rolos
  • White Chocolate Chips
  • Sprinkles (Optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Arrange pretzels on the baking sheet.
  • Place an unwrapped Rolo on top of each pretzel.
  • Bake for 2-3 minutes, or until the caramel softens but doesn’t melt completely.
  • Remove from oven and immediately press a white chocolate chip onto the softened Rolo.
  • If desired, sprinkle with sprinkles.
  • Let cool completely until the chocolate sets. This can be sped up by placing them in the refrigerator.
  • Store in an airtight container.
