Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust.
Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crust.
Sprinkle chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans or walnuts evenly over the sweetened condensed milk.
Top with Christmas sprinkles and a pinch of flaked sea salt.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
Let cool completely in the pan before lifting out using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into bars and serve.
