A festive and easy no-bake popcorn cake studded with M&M’s and peanuts, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 12 cups popped popcorn
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 2- 10-ounce bags miniature marshmallows
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups red and green M&M candies
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • Red and Green Candy Melts (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place butter, miniature marshmallows, and vanilla extract in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave the mixture in 30-second increments.
  3. Stir the mixture after each 30-second interval until it is completely melted and smooth.
  4. Add the popped popcorn to the large bowl with the melted marshmallow mixture.
  5. Stir the popcorn gently until it is fully coated.
  6. Add the red and green M&M candies to the bowl.
  7. Add the salted peanuts to the bowl.
  8. Stir the M&M's and peanuts until they are evenly distributed throughout the popcorn mixture.
  9. Lightly grease your hands with butter or cooking spray.
  10. Firmly press the popcorn mixture into a well-greased bundt pan.
  11. Allow the popcorn cake to stand in the pan for 10 minutes to set slightly.
  12. Loosen the edges of the cake from the bundt pan.
  13. Invert the bundt pan to turn the cake out onto a platter or cake plate.
  14. Carefully cut slices of the popcorn cake using a bread knife.
  15. If desired, melt red and green candy melts according to package directions.
  16. Drizzle the melted candy melts over the popcorn cake.
  17. Decorate the cake with sprinkles, if desired.

Notes

Grease your hands well before pressing the mixture into the pan to prevent sticking.
Ensure marshmallows are fully melted and smooth for the best binding.
Pack the mixture firmly into the bundt pan for a cohesive cake.
