An incredibly easy, delicious, and festive chocolate peanut candy made right in your slow cooker.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 ounces white chocolate almond bark broken into pieces
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces chocolate bar or chocolate bark
  • 5 cups salted dry roasted peanuts
  • sprinkles optional

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of your crockpot or insert a crockpot liner for easy cleanup.
  2. Line 2 baking sheets with silpat liners or wax paper and set them aside.
  3. Place the 24 ounces of white chocolate almond bark pieces on the bottom of the crockpot.
  4. Add the 5 cups of salted dry roasted peanuts, 12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips, and 12 ounces of chocolate bar or chocolate bark on top of the almond bark.
  5. Place the lid on the crockpot and set it on low for one hour.
  6. Remove the lid and stir the mixture to cover all the peanuts with the chocolate mixture.
  7. If there are still chocolate pieces that haven’t melted, place the lid back on and continue to cook.
  8. Stir every 15 minutes until all the chocolate is completely melted and can fully coat the peanuts.
  9. Using a cookie scoop or two tablespoons, scoop a heaping tablespoon of the candy mixture onto the lined baking sheets.
  10. Immediately add sprinkles if desired.
  11. Let the candy set out at room temperature until completely cooled and the chocolate is firm.
  12. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

Use a crockpot liner for super easy cleanup.
Don’t rush the melting process; low and slow is key for perfect chocolate.
Ensure peanuts are fully coated for the best flavor and texture.
Add sprinkles right after scooping, as the chocolate sets quickly.
Allow to cool completely at room temperature for the best ‘crack’ texture.
