Creamy, spiced pumpkin fudge made with white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk, perfect for a cozy autumn treat.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups white chocolate chips (24 ounces)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (8 ounces)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons 100% pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Set the lined pan aside.
  3. Open the can of sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Stir the sweetened condensed milk very well to ensure it is fully combined.
  5. Combine the white chocolate chips and the stirred sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan.
  6. Melt the mixture over low heat, stirring often, until smooth and fully combined.
  7. Alternatively, melt the mixture in the microwave for 1 minute at half power.
  8. Stir the microwave mixture well.
  9. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring very well after each, until just combined and smooth.
  10. Remove the melted mixture from the heat.
  11. Stir in the pumpkin puree.
  12. Add the vanilla extract to the mixture.
  13. Add the cinnamon to the mixture.
  14. Add the nutmeg to the mixture.
  15. Add the cloves to the mixture.
  16. Stir all ingredients until well combined.
  17. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared aluminum foil lined pan.
  18. Spread the fudge evenly in the pan.
  19. Allow the fudge to cool completely and set before cutting.

Notes

Use good quality white chocolate chips for the best flavor and texture.
Be sure to use 100% pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
Stir the sweetened condensed milk well before using to prevent separation.
Do not overheat the chocolate; melt slowly for a smooth consistency.
